1. When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-8) will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in processing time.
2. How long does shipping take?
The total delivery time = Processing Time (2–5 business days) + Shipping Time (8–13 business days).
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your destination and local courier service.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $199 USD(including).
For orders below $199, a flat shipping fee of $16.99 USD will apply.
4. Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from our main warehouse in Chengdu, Sichuan Province.
We cooperate with reliable international couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not been shipped yet, you may contact us to modify or cancel it.
Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations.
6. How do I track my order?
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number.
You can track your order directly on our Order Tracking Page or through the courier’s official website.
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at
info@lolitafashionstore.com within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification.

10. Are customs duties or taxes included in my order?
Yes, all listed prices and shipping costs include tariffs.
You will not need to pay any additional customs duties upon delivery.
